After the class finishes, when do I get my pots back?

Pots need to be dried, bisque-fired, glazed and then fired again. This process takes 2-4 weeks for Pottery Painting and 5-7 weeks for all high fire glazes. Once you have been contacted to collect your items you have one month from the contact date to collect your items.

Will my pots be food and drink safe?

Our glazes are all food & drink safe.

I picked up my ceramics and they are cracked/chipped, can I get a refund?

Ceramics are unpredictable at the best of times. Every effort will be made by our tutors to advise you on how to prevent items cracking or breaking in the kiln, but sometimes items will break during firing sporadically. Unfortunately in the event of this happening, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for broken or chipped pottery. You can, however, book onto another class and or purchase a replacement.

All of our events are ticketed. But we sometimes have drop-in sessions if we secure funding for community events projects.

Follow our social media & join our mailing list to be the first to hear about drop-in sessions.

Do you have any kids classes?

All of our classes are for adults (18+) unless stated otherwise.

We are aiming to have more classes for kids in 2023, keep an eye on our socials & join our mailing list to be the first to hear.
