Art Space G41 (CIC) is a ceramics studio and shop located in the Shawlands Arcade, in the Southside of Glasgow.
In our studio space we run Workshops in ceramics and a range of other crafts, including sewing, printmaking and jewellery, taught by Art Space staff and visiting tutors. We sell handmade goods by local artists and craftspeople next door in our Makers Shop.
Our aim is to create a safe and inclusive space to promote, encourage and support health and wellbeing in the community, through pottery, crafts and visual art.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), all of our profits from classes and our shop go towards supporting the local teachers and artists we work with, and projects for our community in Shawlands. You can read about our past social projects on our Community page.
